“I just wanted to share some of my experience at Clara Maass Hospital while being there yesterday, March 25 for my surgery with Dr. DiBernardo. My husband and had the best experience we’ve ever had from any other Hospital that we’ve went such as St Joseph’s hospital and Newton hospital that we’ve been to in the past. From the moment we got there, we were greeted with a smile and positive happy, attitude from the lady who registered us. Also, the lady that brought us back into the first room was extremely friendly and very professional as well. Every nurse that helped us was so attentive, informative, professional, caring, and also very friendly.

We are also very impressed by how clean the hospital was as well. Having a big surgery is scary for anyone and I love how my amazing experience at the hospital made it so much easier and a relaxing than I expected. The anesthesiologist was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. And of course, last, but not least my surgeon, Dr. DiBernardo has a great way of making you feel at ease, and was also very attentive, friendly, and professional. I was in shock when I woke up after the surgery in the recovery room on how good I felt right after the surgery. Dr. DiBernardo called my husband right away after my surgery and told him how well everything went and the status on me. From the moment we first arrived to the hospital, until the moment me and my husband left, we kept talking about happy we were with the great experience we had at the hospital and I thank the staff for helping us get through this experience in such a professional caring, friendly way.
